Welcome back, cult members.

Beauty Brief
🧼 WHAT I TRIED: Dove Beauty Indulge 24-Hour Lotion-Soft Skin Body Wash in “Warm Vanilla Sweet Cream,” a moisturizing body wash that claims to provide 24-hour hydration and an indulgent scent. It retails for $7.99 at Target.
Why It Works: Dove, in general, has great body washes. This one lathers well and has a nice, basic moisturizing formula.
Why It Doesn’t: THE SCENT. When you sniff it in the store, it smells like a sweet, gentle vanilla. When you use it, it transforms … and not for the better.
The Target review below says it all — buttered popcorn and a weird, stale sour cream note. And it LINGERS. I couldn’t even cover it with perfume.

Worth It? Hell no.
Rating: ✨/5
Try This Instead: Saltair Oil-Infused Nourishing Body Wash, $16 at Ulta
