THE GLITTER CULT | Feb 15, 2026

Welcome back, cult members.

This week’s fixation: one-and-done brows. I love eyebrows. They’re the most important part of your face — without them, there’s no reason to leave the house. That’s why I’m always testing the latest and greatest gels, pencils, and pomades.

Versed Eyebrow Gel Blonde Review

Is eyebrow gel worth it? I think so. As the proud owner of weirdly curly eyebrows, I like to keep them tamed in the laminated brow look. Usually, I use a pomade or pencil and fill them in, then go back in with a gel. But this gel by Versed promised tinting, volume, and hold — all in one product. Here’s what I think.

One layer of the Versed gel was applied to my brows. No other brow products.

Why It Works: This stuff is pigmented.

  • In fact, it might be the most pigmented brow gel I’ve ever tried.

    • I love that I don’t need a separate pencil.

Why It Doesn’t: It’s really messy to apply.

  • The brush is a basic mascara wand, and I had to do some significant clean up with a q-tip post-application.

  • I think the colors lean too warm; I prefer ashier brow products.

  • I also prefer a stronger hold; I noticed some drooping and smudging throughout the day.

💸 Buy It? Eh. I think there are better products out there — like my beloved Maybelline Super Lock Brow Glue Waterproof Eyebrow Gel. This one will be regulated to my travel bag, and I won’t repurchase.

🦙 A thief fleeing police in Derbyshire, England, was apprehended by a herd of llamas who surrounded him in a field and started screaming. Now this is the kind of true crime I like.

From the article: “Our llamas galloped over to him and surrounded him. They literally made a circle around him, and then started releasing their warning cry, which sounds like an old man laughing."

The viral Japanese “cheesecake” is a fraud. You simply stuff Biscoff cookies in a cup of Chobani and let them soften overnight. Yup. That’s it. That’s the “recipe.” But … I’d eat it.

Worth a Watch

I like horror novels, but I typically hate horror movies. 2025’s “Frankenstein” changed my mind. It was recently added to Netflix, and I watched it for the first time last week. If you prefer creepy gothic atmospheres over cheap jump scares, you'll love it.
